2. Ordering & Payments

• Orders can be placed via www.thalz.me.

• Prices are displayed in Saudi Arabia Riyal, inclusive/exclusive of VAT (as indicated).

• We accept payments via PayTabs and other approved payment methods.

• Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping is available to [KSA].

• Shipping rates and times depend on the shipping speed, shipping address, and the weight/size of the items.

• Estimated delivery times are 3 working days for local orders and  7 working days for international orders.

• Delays due to customs or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.

• Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Products: Returns are accepted within 14 working days if items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Services: No refunds once a calibration or service has been completed.

• Refunds are processed within 14 business days after approval.

5. Warranties & Liability

• Products sold on Thalz.me come with manufacturer warranties where applicable.

• Calibration and service warranties cover defects but exclude misuse or external damage.

• Thalz.me is not liable for consequential damages arising from product or service use.

6. User Accounts & Conduct

• Customers must provide accurate information when creating accounts.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

7. Intellectual Property

• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit content without permission.
